One-piece injection molding
A dry one-piece molding process reduces solvent use compared with conventional dipping. Selected high-wear areas can be reinforced to improve material density and service life.
Sterilization compatibility
Under suitable conditions, it supports VHP (vaporized hydrogen peroxide) processes and repeated autoclaving for up to 60 cycles.
Protection through harsh conditions
CSM resists oxidation, ozone, ultraviolet exposure and heat. Its service-temperature range is −35°C to 120°C.
Applications
For critical process interfaces
Used in biopharmaceutical cleanrooms, aseptic isolators and drybox systems; chemical and petrochemical operations; outdoor equipment; nuclear industry and machinery maintenance. Complies with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 requirements.
